The Building Regulations now require new dwellings to be tested for air leakage. This is the uncontrolled movement of air into and out of a building and is an integral part of the SAP Assessment. The test is carried out by our Accredited Test Team to ATTMA TS1 standard using state of the art digital testing equipment.

   One dwelling      £350.00
   Two dwellings    £425.00
   Three dwellings  £500.00
   Four dwellings    £550.00
   Five dwellings     £600.00   all plus VAT
