Where portfolio assessment has been completed a reduced assessment fee is offered as part of a highly attractive package.

With the onset of more stringent assessments through Building Regulations and Code for Sustainable Homes we can test a variety of scenarios to allow best cost/value judgements to be made on your standard portfolio house types. We offer product and specification modelling at an hourly rate to suit your individual needs.
