We have successfully secured a number of contracts and have a vacancy for a BRE® Licensed Code Assessor. The role will include all aspects of Code Assessment including

• Conducting Pre-Assessments and Preparing Pre-Assessment Reports
• Conducting Design Stage Assessments and Submission of Evidence File for Audit
• Conducting on site Post Construction reviews and Submission of Evidence for Audit
• Liaison between other team members, clients, clients representatives to provide an effective service
• Undertaking a range of support duties to enhance the service to our client base as is necessary

The role is for a period of 3 months but may be extended on a month by month basis. Freelance, subcontract and employed status are considered. The successful candidate will be a Licensed Code Assessor and have experience of administration, Code Assessments and the construction industry. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach since we offer a one-to-one consultancy for our clients.
